This is an official ODERSA website. Here’s how you know

The official domain

The address of this site ends in odersa.org. Every service the association runs sits on a subdomain of odersa.org and nowhere else. If the address in your browser’s address bar does not end in odersa.org, this site is not ours.

Free, and no account

Everything is open straight away. No sign-up, no account, no password, no subscription, no advertising. Nothing is held back for those who pay, because there is nothing to pay for.

No data collected

This site does not follow you: no tracker, no tracking cookie, no measurement tool built into these pages, and nothing measured on your device. Our host counts requests in aggregate, as any server that answers does: a total, never a profile. You do not have to take our word for it: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and reload the page. You will see the full list of what the site asks for. Everything comes from odersa.org, nothing goes anywhere else.

Free to reuse

The content is published under the CC BY 4.0 licence. You may copy it, translate it, print it and pass it on, for your classes as much as for the people around you, on one condition only: credit ODERSA.

Impact & audience

How many people read our sites

Nothing is measured on your device: our pages carry no measurement tool and set no cookie. These figures are counted by our host, on its own side, and we publish them with their date and their method.

These months do not add up: someone who came back from one month to the next counts in each of those months, so their total is not a number of people. Each month stands on its own, just as it was recorded.

Reading room of a municipal library, a long wooden table and empty chairs, full shelves along both walls
A reading room does not say who comes to sit in it. Neither does a count of arrivals.

People, counted once

If you read three of our sites in one evening, you count as three visits, but as a single beneficiary. That is the whole difference between the two sets of figures on this page: visits count arrivals, beneficiaries count people.

Visits

Site by site

A visit is an arrival on a site, not a person: the same person can come back several times. Approximate values, worked out by our host from a sample.

The site-by-site detail only exists from 1 September 2026 onwards: our host keeps it for a few days only, and we have been archiving it since that day.

An empty cell is not a zero: in that period the site was not online yet, or was not measured separately.

The detailed records for this period were not kept. These values are therefore estimates, from a deliberately cautious internal calculation. We regret that loss. Every other figure on this page is measured and verified.

What they find when they arrive

The figures above say how many people come. These ones say what they find: the number of pages online on each site, recounted at every release from the data each site publishes itself.

The technical proof

The figures on this page count what we publish. Another page measures how we serve it: response times recorded from 14 cities on 6 continents, Google’s public scores, and the raw record to download.

A historic rural classroom kept in a museum: a wooden teacher’s desk, a school wall map, handwriting charts on the wall and an abacus
A classroom from another century. What was taught there had its figures too, and nobody could check them.

Open data

The figures on this page can be downloaded, under a CC BY 4.0 licence: the audience record exactly as it was read, and the counters recounted at every release. Nothing to ask us for, nothing to take on trust.
